Mark, from my work and study of organizational change and motivational psychology I see a pattern in your videos. Most of them portray what might be called “broken people.” A few discuss efforts to repair such people such as work by: psychiatric workers, nurses, law enforcement officers, social workers, jailers, legal executioners, and so on.
The pattern I see relates to a Frederick Douglass statement: “It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men.” Among your videos I detect a near void of interviews of people talking about building strong children from an early age, relating to strong families. Many subjects might be discussed that can be helpful for people attempting to improve our society and avoid creating broken people.
I would like to have a discussion with you about current, questionable approaches for improving society relating to motivational and organizational psychology. I’m going to post this in your remarks area and in your contact section. Through the contact section you will discover my email address. Please send me an email stating a telephone number I can call and when.
