I love how Gwen has used SWU as a platform to inform the world that not all porn is dangerous & wish the interview touched a bit more on her being clean or involved with drug activity. She is a beautiful girl with her whole life and career ahead of her. Hopefully the negative stigmas will die eventfully someday when it comes to the working in the porn industry. In my opinion it's a lot safer than turning tricks. As prostitution is way more dangerous than the porn industry. Gwen talked about how they have to sign consent forms and have special words if they need a break or want to stop; that definitely doesn't happen on the streets with the tricks. However, the argument is not every person that is living on the street maybe selling their body has the resources to make it to the porn industry. As far as Gwen, I like how she is making the view of sex a healthy one. I think more Americans should be teaching their kids that their sexual urges and desires are normal, to educate their children in adolescence about safe sex, and leave the choice up to the teenager. Majority of high school kids are having sex; let's just be honest here. Preferably, a person maybe should wait as long as possible; but that's where masturbation comes into the subject. Mastubating is extremely safe, probably the safest option for a young person trying to figure out and explore their sexuality. Sex is healthy! As long as you're in the right in environment with the right person using protection it should be just part of life, love, and evolution.
