I just wanted to let Mark know that he is greatly appreciated and your videos are mind-opening (and bending sometimes). Before, I would see a street person think "why not just go get a job, if you are capable of standing there all day begging, you can work.

This ignorance about mental health and substance abuse has completely made me look at people in need so differently. In fact, your videos have helped me find the compassion that I never knew existed in myself come out and it has been a blessing in my life. Thank you, Mark.
