There are many spice addicts on Skid Row, but the reason you've not seen interviews with them on this channel is because spice addicts are usually out of their minds or passed out cold on the sidewalk. This is a rare talk with a spice addict in a somewhat sober state. Spice is very inexpensive, very popular and very destructive. Shot on November 19, 2019.
